Part-Time Position Doggie Day Care Aide

Part-time help needed in dog day care facility. The position can be fun, but can be physically demanding - you will spend most of your time on your feet interacting with the dogs. The perfect candidate for this job is: (a) willing to get dirty, (b) thick-skinned literally and figuratively, (c) not overly sensitive to weather changes, (d) teachable and able to think on their feet, (e) has reliable transportation, (f) can work varied hours during the day on weekdays, (g) is reliable and committed, (h) has a positive attitude and (I) will work for $7.25 per hour to start. Most of all, you must LOVE dogs and enjoy interacting with them.

We are a NON-SMOKING environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. If you can't work your shift without a nicotine meltdown, this is not the right job for you. The same goes for cell phone use and texting. The dogs require your undivided attention, and they will not be contacting you by phone or texting you. Position will be eligible for an increase in hours and pay upon a consistent demonstration of commitment and ability.
