How to enroll

(21 kb, Adobe pdf). - Schedule a time for you and your dog to visit our facility.
- Submit your completed Enrollment Forms, including proof of vaccinations, prior to or at the same time as your pre–enrollment visit.
Enrollment requirements
- MINIMUM AGE: 12 weeks
- SPAY/NEUTER: Dogs 6 months or older must be spayed or neutered
- VACCINATIONS: All dogs must have up–to–date vaccinations or titers. Owners must submit written proof from their veterinarians of current Rabies, DHLPP and Bordatella vaccinations or titers.
- HEALTH: Pet parent must certify their dog is in good health and has had no communicable condition within the last 21 days.
- BEHAVIOR: All dogs must be non–aggressive and not food or toy–protective. Pet parents must certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog.
For the health and safety of all the dogs, we only accept those we feel are comfortable in a group setting.
